Processing of Orders:

• Orders are processed
  • Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
  • Saturday and Sunday 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
• Orders received off hours will be processed as soon as possible the following day.
• You will receive notification by email after your gift has been processed.
• We are closed on all major holidays.

Check Out:

• All personal and credit card information is encrypted for maximum security.
• A personal note may be written to be delivered with your gift.
• Special gift packaging and other enhancements are included with all delivered orders.
• Gifts may either be delivered or picked up at the Baby’s Place or the Get Well Shop.
• There is a minimum purchase of $10.00.

Medical Restrictions:

Due to certain health-related restrictions, flowers and/or balloons cannot be sent to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, Special Care Nursery, Intensive Care or Bone Marrow Transplant.

If we receive an order that includes a restricted product, we will contact you either by phone or email to ask for an alternative choice.
